30-Day Return Window

We want you to train with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hyper Stride Training System within the first 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us at info@istride.co within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be returned in its original or comparable packaging

  • Product must be free of damage beyond normal use

  • Proof of purchase is required


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • If the product arrives damaged due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs in full


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper surface use, or negligence

  • Products that have been modified or altered


3-Year Limited Warranty

Every Hyper Stride Training System is covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for home use.


Warranty coverage includes:

  • Frame and chassis — 3 years

  • Rotational platform (board) — 3 years

  • Wheel assembly — 3 years

  • Axle adjustment mechanism — 3 years


Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from improper use, unsafe surfaces, or negligence

  • Modifications or alterations to the product

  • Commercial or institutional use beyond intended design unless agreed to in writing

  • Damage from improper storage or transport


To submit a warranty claim, contact info@istride.co with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will respond within 2 business days.


Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact info@istride.co with photos of the damage and your order number.
