These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.istride.co and the purchase and use of products sold by Motur LLC. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, including the Hyper Stride™ Training System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Use & Assumption of Risk

The Hyper Stride™ Training System is athletic training equipment intended for use by individuals in good physical condition and/or under the guidance of a trained professional.

By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge that:

• Physical training involves inherent risks including muscle strain, joint injury, or serious bodily injury

• Use of the Product is voluntary and at your own risk

• The Product is recommended for use only on stable, non-slip gym flooring or appropriate training surfaces

• Improper use, misuse, modification, or negligent supervision significantly increases risk of injury

• You should consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program

Motur LLC shall not be liable for injuries resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use on unsuitable surfaces.

3. Commercial and Team Use

If the Product is purchased for use by a school, sports team, training facility, gym, or rehabilitation clinic:

• The purchasing entity assumes full responsibility for supervision and safe use

• The purchasing entity agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Motur LLC from any third-party claims

• Commercial warranty coverage requires express written agreement

4. No Medical Advice

Information on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Motur LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Motur LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motur LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

7. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and correct pricing errors

• Orders are not final until confirmed by the Company

All content on this website — including logos, designs, trademarks, product names, graphics, videos, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Motur LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct
