Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  We ship to all 50 states, including California. P.O. Boxes accepted.


Shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx): 3–7 business days — $30.00 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders totaling $1,000 or more


Carrier selection (UPS or FedEx) is at our discretion based on your location and availability. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


Please note:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price

  • International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Motur LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order returned due to an incorrect address.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@istride.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate with the carrier.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier.
